Our 37mm launchers are NOT firearms. Do not use adapters to fire 12-gauge firearm ammunition, centerfire cartridges, rimfire cartridges, or Beehive rounds through this launcher.

Tac-D Overview

The Tac-D features an ambidextrous safety, a fully enclosed cartridge head, and a one-piece receiver for enhanced durability and reliability. A lifetime warranty is included.

The Tac-D can be converted to a standalone configuration using a separate kit that includes a stock adapter, AR adjustable stock, vertical foregrip, and wrench, when in stock.

The Tac-D and the recreation of the M203 are single-action launchers with a side cocking lever and a positive trigger block safety. They are chambered in 37/38mm and constructed from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and 4140 hardened steel for durability at a manageable weight.

The Tac-D mounts to compatible rifles or carbines equipped with a Picatinny rail, using a 4" clamp and two bolts. The forward grip is machined as part of the barrel itself. Aluminum components receive a Type II coating, and steel components are black oxide treated.

Mounting compatibility: Confirm that the complete mounting system is suitable for the launcher and its recoil before installation. This is particularly important when using KeyMod or M-LOK mounting systems.

Aluminum parts are treated to MIL-A-8625, Type II, Class 2.

Compatible Ammunition

The Tac-D accepts compatible standard 37mm ammunition within the selected model’s length restrictions. Civilian options include flares, smoke, and other pyrotechnic rounds.

Specialized law-enforcement and military ammunition has separate compatibility and legal requirements. Confirm that each round is approved for the specific launcher and intended use.

Description and Features

The Tac-D family includes 6", 9", and 12" barrel configurations. A full-length upper Picatinny rail provides the mounting interface, while a 4" rail beneath the muzzle end accommodates compatible bipods or other accessories.

Depending on the model, the barrel opens by sliding forward or pivoting left or right to its positive stop. Follow the operating instructions for your specific model.

Ammunition length and adapter compatibility vary by configuration. Use only approved ammunition and signaling adapters. Signaling adapters must not be used to fire firearm ammunition.

Compatible aftermarket quad rails may permit mounting on AK, SKS, and tubular-feed shotgun platforms. Confirm the fit and mounting requirements for your particular platform.

The standard finish is tactical black. Orange barrels may be available in limited quantities.

The base price includes the launcher and Picatinny-to-Picatinny clamp. Product photos may show accessories that are not included in the price.

Optional adapters are available for compatible AR-style stocks, including folding-stock configurations. These accessories are sold separately.
