Entirely Crafted in Florida, USA!

The Tac-D and our recreation of the classic M203 are single-action launchers with a side cocking lever and a positive trigger block safety. Chambered in 37/38mm, they combine American workmanship with 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and 4140 hardened steel for rugged construction at a reasonable weight. Florida-built, with plenty of attitude.

A Solid Addition to Your Setup

Our underbarrel launchers attach to compatible rifles or carbines equipped with a Picatinny rail, using a 4" clamp and two bolts. The forward grip is machined as part of the barrel itself, creating a clean profile with added strength. Aluminum parts receive a Type II coating, while steel components are black oxide treated.

Mounting matters: Confirm compatibility before using the Tac-D—or any underbarrel launcher—with a KeyMod or M-LOK mounting system. Do not assume an accessory rail is rated for launcher recoil. Your mounting hardware needs to be qualified for the assignment.

Choose the Right Rounds for the Mission

The Tac-D accepts compatible standard 37mm ammunition within the selected model’s length restrictions. Civilian options include signal flares, smoke, and other pyrotechnic rounds. Always confirm that the specific round is approved for your launcher and intended use.

Specialized law-enforcement and military ammunition has separate compatibility and legal requirements. Do not assume that a round is suitable simply because it fits. Keep your ammunition selection as disciplined as the rest of your setup.

Description and Features

The Tac-D family offers 6", 9", and 12" barrel configurations, with a full-length upper Picatinny rail for attachment to a compatible platform. A 4" rail beneath the muzzle end provides space for a bipod or other compatible accessories.

Depending on the model, the barrel opens by sliding forward or pivoting left or right to its positive stop. Refer to the instructions for your selected model before operation.

Ammunition length and adapter compatibility vary by model. Use only approved rounds and compatible signaling adapters, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Signaling adapters do not authorize the use of firearm ammunition.

Compatible aftermarket quad rails may also allow mounting on AK, SKS, and tubular-feed shotgun platforms. Confirm the fit and mounting requirements for your particular setup before purchasing.

The standard finish is tactical black. Orange barrels may be available in very limited quantities for those who prefer their gear with a little more visibility.
