Built Like It Means Business

The Tac-D is not just another tube with a trigger.

It features an ambidextrous safety, a fully enclosed cartridge head design, and a one-piece receiver for enhanced strength, durability, and reliability. It is single action with a side cocking lever and a positive trigger block safety.

Constructed from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and 4140 hardened steel, the Tac-D is rugged while maintaining a reasonable weight. Aluminum parts are treated to MIL-A-8625, Type II, Class 2, and steel components are black oxide treated.

In other words, it is built in Florida by people who actually expect you to use it.

Mount It Under Your Rifle...

The Tac-D mounts to compatible rifles or carbines fitted with a Picatinny rail, using a 4" clamp and two bolts for a solid attachment.

The forward grip is machined as part of the barrel itself, giving the launcher a clean look and additional strength. The unobstructed top allows the launcher to lie flat against a full-length Picatinny rail, making it an excellent counterpoint to your AR platform.

With compatible aftermarket quad rails, the Tac-D can also attach to platforms such as AK variants, SKS rifles, and many tubular-feed shotguns.

Important note: Confirm mounting-system compatibility before attaching the Tac-D, or any underbarrel launcher, to KeyMod or M-LOK systems. Do not assume an accessory rail can handle launcher recoil. Translation: make sure your mounting hardware is qualified for the mission.

This wood furniture configuration includes a shoulder stock and matching pistol grip for standalone use. Prefer a different setup? A separate conversion kit with a stock adapter, AR adjustable stock, vertical foregrip, and wrench is also available when in stock.

Compatible Ammunition

The Tac-D is chambered in 37/38mm and handles compatible standard 37mm ammunition within the appropriate length restrictions.

Available civilian ammunition includes:

• Signal flares

• Smoke rounds

• Training rounds

• Other civilian-use pyrotechnic rounds

Description and Operation

The Tac-D is available in 6", 9", or 12" barrel configurations, with a full-length upper Picatinny rail for attachment to your compatible Picatinny-equipped platform. The underside of the barrel has a 4" rail at the muzzle end for a bipod or other accessories.

Loading is accomplished by either releasing the barrel and sliding it forward or pivoting the barrel left or right, depending on the model, until it reaches its positive stop.

Ammunition length compatibility depends on the model and round. Use only ammunition and signaling adapters specifically approved for your launcher. A signaling adapter is not permission to fire firearm ammunition.

The standard finish is tactical black. Orange barrels may be available in very limited quantities.
